* 1972 New building of 34 rooms with south balconies and layout of the gardens

* 1979 Addition of the indoor pool and installation of a hotel bar in the former cowshed (abt. 400 years old vault)

* 1983 Reconstruction of the terrace for extension of the restaurant space "Prielstuben 1 and 2" as well as a new guest garden

* 1989 Extension of the hotel - 35 new parking spaces, 12 guest rooms, 4 seminar rooms,, massage, cosmetics, hotel lobby with reception, fitness room, sauna, steam bath

* 1990 Refurbishing of the 34 south-balcony rooms

* 1994 November: Construction of the swimming biotope with abt. 300 m² water surface, sunbathing lawn and sand beach as well as a new layout of the gardens

* 1995 Construction of a new sauna-adventure-landscape (abt. 300 m² with panorama winter garden "Dilly's Oasis of Vitality", children's playground, extension of the guest garden on 2 levels!

* 1996 Membership in "Wellness Hotels Austria", "The Children's Hotels". Elected best young entrepreneur of the year 1996 in the sector gastronomy/hotel in Austria. New kids' club and fitness room, motor scooter rental

* 1997 New design of the panorama guest garden, re- and new construction of the hotel bar as well as the dining room. Pegasus 1997: award for best service enterprise in the sector gastronomy/hotel

* 1998 Pegasus gold medal 1998: award for best enterprise in Upper Austria in all business sectors of the small enterprises. New construction of all panorama rooms to create 34 "TOP-Wellness-studio" with tile stove, adventure playground, hotel video 1999

* 1999 New building of unique wellness-beauty department wellness village with 1st "wellness-colour and wellness-sound therapy" in Austria. Theory of colours of energy according to Goethe. * 2002 Romantic outdoor pool - all year round. Wood log sauna and children's outdoor pool. Awarded DEKRA AWARD in Stuttgart with the excellent 3rd place. Awarded the "Green Cap" (for regional whole-food cuisine) as the 1st one in Upper Austria
