Our tall and small guests esteem our hotel's offers and especially the friendliness of the co-entrepreneurs, the contact between the Dilly family, co-entrepreneur and guest, the personal atmosphere and naturally our best price-performance ratio in the upper 4-stars family-wellness-hotel category in Austria.
4. We, the Dilly family and the co-entrepreneurs, therefore feel obliged to offer our guests a friendly, successful, high-quality holiday in a beautiful, untouched environment, far away from mass-tourism. To create enthusiasm in our guests is our common goal.
5. In order to enthuse our guests, we know that everyone has to add his best abilities in order to reach this goal in harmony, with joy and full conviction. We actually do everything in our power in order to win our tall and small guests as habitués and friends of the house.
6. Our guests = partners mainly come from Europe (EU).
7. We act in favour of all groups that are necessary for the success of our enterprise: our guests, our co-entrepreneurs, our suppliers, our banks, authorities, the municipality and the public.
8. We act according to common and jointly agreed goals. For our co-entrepreneurs, this company is more that the place where one earns his money. The place of work is also the spiritual home. Everybody who decided to work in this enterprise has the chance and the duty to cooperate in the sense of this company creed. The success of each co-entrepreneur is easily measurable by the grade of his or her identification with our company creed. Changes can be achieved by tolerance and the courage to dare the new, by suitable further education and training.
