Foot Reflex Zone Massage

All organs, joints and body parts have attributed reflex zones at your foot. These can be stimulated via a special pressure massage to encourage the self-healing process of e.g. spine or digestion problems!

Lymph Drainage

This is a soft skin-moving technique, which aids the removal of lymph and fluids, which are located at the connective tissue. It is used  for congestions in legs-arms-abdomen and face (30 min), it can also be used for back pains and headaches.

During this rather „oily" massage 40 degree warm sesame oil will be poured over and massaged into your entire body. The warm oil relaxes your muscles and nervous system. Sesame oil has a purificating effect. During this treatment, we will also pour a little bit of oil over your forehead. Even with dry skin, we can recommend this treatment to our guests. Ayurveda means „be yourself".
