A warm welcome to the Dilly’s regulars club

After your first stay with us at the Dilly Resort, you will receive a link to register for Dilly's regular guests' club in the thank you email when you leave.
Here you can register with your personal data.
Important: please use the same e-mail address for registration that you used when booking or checking in!

Important: only one regular guest club account can be created per family/household/address.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by e-mail by clicking on "Forgot your password".

NO. The Dilly Thalers do not expire. With the exception of birthday thalers (valid for 1 year).

With every stay that you spend with us at Dilly - The National Park Resort, you collect Dilly Taler.
IMPORTANT: Only applies to direct bookings (by email - wellness@dilly.at or online - www.dilly.at)

Already with the 1st stay you have collected valuable loyalty points (€25 welcome bonus and the sales bonus), which we have booked to your personal guest club account.

We have 3 bonus levels ready for you (silver, gold and diamond).
As a new customer, we welcome you to the silver area. Depending on the bonus level, you can collect more Dilly Thalers with each additional stay.

With a turnover within 2 years:
SILVER: from 0 to 3,999 euros --- 2% credit
GOLD: from 3,999 to 9,999 euros --- 5% credit
DIAMOND: from 9,999 euros --- 7% credit

From now on, the Dilly Taler can be deducted from the hotel bill and redeemed directly upon check-out at the Dilly Resort. You do not need to print out any vouchers.

You are welcome to buy products in our shop for regular guests with your Dilly Talern. Thats how it works:
1. Register as a regular guest club
2. Select a product under Product/Services
3. Submit order
4. You will receive the order request by email, which will also be sent to our reception
5. After confirmation of the request by our reception, you will receive the purchase confirmation by e-mail
6. The purchase confirmation contains a voucher for the purchased product
7. Please print out this voucher and hand it in at the hotel reception
8. Your purchased product will be handed over

If the product you want is no longer available, you will receive an email from us.

From now on, ALL Dilly Talers can be redeemed at the reception upon check-out from the 2nd stay.
