Ski touring is booming: The Wurzeralm is a popular destination for ski mountaineers who strive to conquer the summit away from the slopes. Special tracks are prepared for this. In the National Park you will find sunny high winter tours, for example on the Hengst Pass, on the Höss or in the Haller Mauern ski touring region.
