Local sourcing matters to us. Under our U100R concept, we source at least 80% of our food each year from suppliers located within a maximum radius of 100 km. This means our organic beef comes from Sonnberg, our eggs from Reifinger Farm, our dairy products from Schärdinger Dairy and Hinterburigl Farm, and our freshwater fish from local waters.
